We spent 4 nights in a Superior Queen Room. The area is fantastic, super close to the shopping malls and plenty of food spots. The breakfast was a highlight, probably the best I’ve had in ages! Just bummed we had to wait a while for our rooms—staff could've done better with service recovery.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a valuable lost item, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable Room with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay in the Superior Queen Room, especially the cozy ambiance and cleanliness. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh local options and a beautiful seating area. Keep in mind the elevator system can be a bit complex, and be sure to request a consistent wifi connection ahead of time!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the BTS and major shopping spots like MBK. Our room was spacious enough for our family of four, which made it comfortable with little kids.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool could use more staff supervision for families.

The Mercure Bangkok Siam has an excellent location right next to the National Stadium BTS station, making it so easy to explore the city. I loved the clean and spacious superior room, providing comfy accommodations for my stay. Everything felt modern and well-kept, although the bathroom showed some signs of wear and could use a little renovation. The air-conditioning worked efficiently but was a bit noisy at times. I enjoyed the breakfast options, but the variety felt a bit limited after a few days, and some healthier choices would have been nice. Staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience feel welcoming. But I had a hassle when trying to order room service. many items weren’t available, which left me disappointed. The rooftop pool offered gorgeous views, but I wanted to see more of the city from it. Instead, it felt somewhat enclosed due to the barriers around. Overall, a solid choice for location and comfort but a few areas definitely needed improvement.
